Yukinari es un chico que ha tenido que soportar toda su vida las burlas de las chicas debido a su baja estatura. A causa de estos abusos ha desarrollado una extraña enfermedad que hace que cuando una chica le toca le aparece una extraña alergia en la piel. Un día es transportado a un misterioso universo paralelo, a la ciudad de Seiren, donde la mayoría de habitantes son mujeres y sólo hay unos pocos hombres. Allí conoce a Miharu que se convierte en la única chica que le puede tocar.
