No desenho o fotógrafo Peter Parker continua morando com sua tia May e a cadelinha dela de estimação Lady Lion, até que conhece na Empire State University dois mutantes poderosos, Bobby Drake (Homem de Gelo) e Angelica Jones (Estrela de Fogo), e os convida a dividir os quarto com ele.
