La serie muestra las vicisitudes de seis parejas que en tan solo 90 días deben decidir si concretan o no en el altar su relación de larga distancia. El límite de tiempo está marcado por una visa estadounidense llamada “K1”, disponible exclusivamente para prometidas extranjeras de ciudadanos norteamericanos que, en caso de que no se produzca el enlace, caduca a los 90 días. Además, no podrá volver a ser renovada en un plazo de 5 años aproximadamente.
