Eldon Chance es un neuropsiquiatra forense que vive en San Francisco. Dirigida por Lenny Abrahamson (Frank), la serie tiene como productores ejecutivos a Michael London (Milk), Brian Grazer (Empire), a quienes se suma Alexandra Cunningham como 'showrunner' (Desperate Housewives). Hugh Laurie, protagonista de la serie, y Nunn, autor de la novela en la que se basa esta producción, también ejercerán como productores ejecutivos en este proyecto de Hulu en colaboración con Fox 21 Studios.
