Jenny é o único robô feito no mundo no modelo XJ9. Sua mãe e criadora, a Senhora Wakeman, utiliza toda a sua experiência científica criando recursos para exterminar os vilões do planeta Terra. Dessa forma, trouxe Jenny à vida e agora tem de lidar com uma filha robô com poderes inigualáveis e que, ainda por cima, está na puberdade. Jenny foi programada para salvar o mundo, mas como qualquer outra garota nesta fase, deseja se tornar popular na escola, conversar com os amigos e ser reconhecida. Brad, um garoto sociável, torna-se seu melhor amigo e também ponto de referência para a pequena robô. Juntos, eles encaram muitas missões e ainda a ira da Senhora Wakeman, que tenta controlar a rebeldia da filha Jenny.
